This is a task for the admin. You set the licence per employee on the employees screen.
Every employee in Converdo has a licence, and it determines what happens to their conversations. You set it per employee, so you don't have to give your whole team the same one.
The two kinds
Scoring is the full licence. This employee's conversations are recorded, transcribed, summarised and assessed against the scorecards for their department and role. You get scores per criterion, coaching points, action items and everything in the dashboards. This is the licence for anyone you actively coach.
Notetaker mode captures without assessing. Conversations are recorded, transcribed and summarised, and they are searchable through Ask Verdo. There is simply no scorecard involved and no score appears. This is the licence for people whose conversations you want to be able to look up, but whom you don't assess: internal meetings, a director who occasionally joins a call, or a colleague who mainly handles inbound questions.
An employee can also have no licence. Their conversations then aren't processed at all.
What it costs
Both licences are billed per employee per month, at a lower rate for notetaker mode. You'll find the current rate under Settings → Billing.
Only employees with a licence count. Admins who only sign in and observe cost nothing extra.
Switching
You change an employee's licence on the employees screen. The change takes effect immediately and is settled on your next invoice.
If you switch someone from notetaker mode to scoring, conversations that were already captured will be assessed after all. You don't need to record them again. The other way round, existing scores simply remain; only new conversations are no longer assessed.
During your trial
During the trial you can have a limited number of licences active, so you can try Converdo out without setting up your entire team straight away. If you want to test with more people at once, get in touch.
Which one should you choose
Start with the question of whether you want to coach someone. If you want to see how they're doing and where they can grow, scoring is the right choice. If you only want conversations to be findable and readable, notetaker mode is enough.
A common split: the sales team on scoring, the rest of the organisation on notetaker mode or without a licence.
