Converdo records your sales calls, transcribes them and scores them automatically. This article walks you from your first login to your first scored call.
What you see when you log in
What you see in the menu depends on your role. In Converdo the admin is the owner of the team; "manager" and "admin" mean the same thing. Most management screens are visible only to the admin.
As a team member you see your own work: My overview (your own numbers), Conversation Insights, Calls and Tasks.
As an admin you also see Manager Overview and Ask Verdo, plus the management area: Departments & Roles, Employees, Admins, CRM & Telephony and Scorecards. After signing in, admins land straight on the Manager Overview; employees land on My Overview.
From call to score
- Capture a call. Two ways: record a Google Meet with the extension, or have your phone system forward the calls. The admin connects the phone system once.
- Converdo processes it. The call is transcribed and scored. You don't have to do anything.
- See the result. The call appears under Calls with a Total score and an Outcome. Open the call for the summary, the transcript and the per-scorecard scores.
See Recording Google Meet with the Converdo extension and Connecting your phone system.
Your first scored call
Record a Meet call, or let a phone call come in through a connected phone system. Within a few minutes it appears under Calls. While it is still processing you see the status Verwerken... (Processing); after that there is a score.
When a call gets no score
Two statuses come up often:
- Awaiting assignment: Converdo could not determine which team member the call belongs to. The admin assigns the call on the Needs attention screen (shown as "Aandacht nodig" in the menu).
- No conversation: there was nothing to score, for example a voicemail or a call with only one speaker.
What these statuses mean exactly is in How Converdo scores your conversations.
